Evidence-based parenting support

Calm, personalised guidance grounded in research and
real family life.

This evidence-based parenting support is designed for parents who are tired, stretched, confused, and doing their best in complex situations.
It is grounded in a realistic, peer‑to‑peer approach that meets you where you are, without judgement or performance expectations.

We start from where things are right now — not where they’re “supposed” to be.
You don’t need to have the right words or a plan.

All consultations and live masterclasses are delivered by me.
This reflects how I work: change is relational, contextual, and shaped in real time — not delegated or standardised.

1-on-1 Consultations Stand-alone Demi Krystallidou - The Journey. Parent, child, the world

Stand‑alone 1:1 online parenting consultations

Evidence-based, personalised parenting support

What this is

A focused, one‑to‑one online consultation with me, offering relational, compassionate, and realistic support to help you gain clarity around a specific challenge you or your child may be facing — in the context of your real, everyday life.

This is not about fixing you or your child.
It is about thinking things through together, calmly and constructively —
and identifying small, realistic shifts that can make a meaningful difference in your everyday reality.

How it works

  • You complete an intake form beforehand, so we focus on what matters most
  • 60‑minute online session via Zoom
  • A calm, peer‑to‑peer space to reflect together and identify a small number of realistic, science‑informed shifts tailored to your context

What we’ll do together

During our sessions, we will:

  • Clarify what’s happening beneath the surface
  • Explore likely contributing factors with care and nuance
  • Identify a small number of realistic, evidence‑based shifts you can try, when it feels possible for you

What parents often gain

  • Greater clarity and understanding
  • The foundations of a mindset shift — helping you understand and explain your child’s behaviour, actions, and emotions
  • Practical, evidence‑based guidance that fits real life
  • Increased confidence in how you relate to your child, without adding pressure or self‑doubt

How this support is grounded

By evidence‑based, I mean drawing on established research that helps explain how young children grow, behave, and respond in everyday situations, and translating it into practical ways of thinking and responding that fit real family life.

Think of this as:
A reset: calm perspective, practical guidance, and the confidence to make small shifts in a way that fits your family.

This is a good fit if you’re looking for

  • Support with a specific concern (behaviour, sleep, emotions, transitions, etc.)
  • Science‑backed insights delivered in a compassionate, non‑judgemental way
  • Clear direction that respects your family’s reality and your own capacity

FAQ - Stand-alone 1:1 consultations

How long does a stand-alone 1:1 consultation last?

Each session lasts 60 minutes. Ahead of our meeting, you’ll receive a short intake form by email, which needs to be completed at least 7 calendar days before the session. Taking the time to complete it thoughtfully is essential—your reflections help me meet you where you are in your parenting journey and allow me to design a session with science‑backed, practical insights you can begin using straight away.

Most parents gain greater clarity around the situation, feel reassured and leave feeling more confident in their ability to support their child. The more thoroughly your intake form is completed, the more accurate my understanding will be of what is troubling you—and the more likely it is that the practical insights we explore will truly fit your unique family context.

For many parents, yes. One session is often enough to better understand what’s going on and how to address it in a compassionate, constructive, and grounded way.

Any parenting concern you’re currently navigating—behaviour, sleep, emotions, eating habits, toilet training, transitions, or family dynamics. If it feels important to you, it belongs in the conversation.

No. Sessions take place via Zoom, and you’ll receive a secure link in your inbox.

Yes—completely. Sessions are one‑to‑one, just you and me. Sessions take place via Zoom using a secure link, and everything you share is handled with great care, discretion, and respect. I understand how personal these conversations can be, and I take your trust very seriously.

No. These consultations are not medical or clinical in nature. If something arises that falls within a medical scope, I’ll gently encourage you to seek support from an appropriate healthcare professional.

If it feels helpful, you’re welcome to book a follow‑up session or explore the deep‑dive partnership. That said, my goal is always to empower you, not to create dependence. I aim to support you with tailored, evidence‑based insights that help you feel confident and competent to do the work on your own.

At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change happens when parents feel understood, supported, and empowered. I’m here to help you unlock your own capacity as a parent—to become a confident changemaker within your family, equipped to drive change in ways that feel sustainable and true to you.

How this differs from single stand‑alone sessions

Single stand‑alone consultations can bring clarity and immediate perspective around a specific challenge.
The Deep‑Dive Partnership focuses on capacity‑building: supporting you to develop your capacity to create the conditions for sustainable change and growth for both you and your child.

Over time, this work supports a shift from responding to individual moments to working upstream and preventatively, so change and growth hold in everyday life.
As your capacity grows, many parents find they are able to extend this way of parenting and relating beyond themselves — into their wider family and, over time, their communities.

What we work towards

Outcomes typically include:

  • A deeper understanding of your child’s behaviour in context
  • The capacity to lead with confidence, compassion, and intention
  • The ability to identify upstream causes and shape more collaborative conditions
  • The capacity to implement preventative (rather than remedial) approaches
  • A stronger sense of self‑efficacy and fulfilment as a parent

(Always defined and tracked in ways that make sense for your family.)

How this support feels

Relational and personalised, not transactional or one‑size‑fits‑all
Grounded in science, not trends or quick fixes
Compassionate, peer‑to‑peer, and realistic — without creating dependence

Think of this as:
An ongoing partnership that builds capacity — so change feels sustainable, and you remain firmly in the driver’s seat.

FAQ - Deep-dive partnership

What’s the difference between a stand alone 1:1 consultation and the deep-dive partnership?

Stand‑alone 1:1 consultations are designed to help you identify potential root causes of a specific challenge and to equip you with practical, evidence‑based insights that are easy to implement within your family context. These sessions are often chosen by parents seeking clarity, reassurance, science‑backed guidance, or simply a safe and supportive space to think things through.

The deep‑dive partnership is for parents seeking support at a more granular level, with regular check‑ins and the opportunity to work towards measurable outcomes over a longer period of time. It’s a long‑term, supportive and relational collaboration between you and me, shaped at your own pace. This option is particularly supportive for parents who wish not only to understand root causes, but also to thoughtfully prepare for the next stages of their child’s development—while honouring their child’s temperament and their family’s unique context.

The deep‑dive partnership is a supportive, relational collaboration between you and me, over time. Rather than focusing on isolated challenges, we work together at a more granular level, allowing continuity, reflection, and progress to build across sessions.

The partnership includes 12 pre‑booked consultations to be used within a calendar year from the date of booking. You decide the pace—how often we meet and when—so the support can flex with your family’s needs and capacity.

Yes. Before we begin, you’ll be invited to complete an intake form so I can understand your family’s context, your goals, and what feels most important right now. If you’ve already completed an intake form for a stand‑alone 1:1 consultation, there’s no need to repeat it—we’ll simply build from what you’ve already shared.

Parents who choose the deep‑dive partnership are often seeking measurable progress over time—not quick fixes, but changes that feel integrated, sustainable, and aligned with their child’s development.

No. The intention of this partnership is to build your confidence and capacity, not dependence. Over time, the goal is for you to feel increasingly steady and empowered as the changemaker within your family.

Live Masterclass Demi Krystallidou - The Journey. Parent, child, the world

FAQ - Live masterclasses

What are the live masterclasses and how do they support parents?

The live masterclasses focus on topics commonly experienced by many parents. Each session begins with evidence‑based insights and practical tools you can start using straight away, followed by a live Q&A where participants’ questions are answered in real time. The aim is to offer clarity, reassurance, and meaningful guidance that fits your family context.

The live masterclasses are particularly suited to parents of young children (0–5 years) who are seeking understanding, perspective, and practical insight without judgement or pressure. They can be a supportive option if you’re not looking for individual support but would still value science‑informed guidance.

No. The live masterclasses are designed to be accessible and supportive. Research and theory are translated into clear, practical insights, so parents can engage regardless of background or experience

Where possible, live masterclasses are recorded. Registered participants receive access to the replay for a limited time, allowing you to engage with the content at your own pace.

Yes. Each live masterclass includes time for live questions and shared reflection. While they are not a substitute for personalised consultations, common themes and questions are welcomed and explored.
